We had the opportunity to collaborate with Laari, a truck transportation company in Pakistan that sought to embark on a transformative journey towards digitization. Previous attempts to digitize Laari’s operations had faced challenges and setbacks, leaving them uncertain about the future. However, our determined team at Techvor rose to the occasion, providing robust software solutions and expertise that paved the way for a successful launch.

The challenges of project

Inefficient Fleet Management

The client struggled with fleet management due to limited real-time visibility and tracking capabilities.

Inaccurate Routing

Lack of real-time data hindered route optimization and efficient resource allocation, leading to higher fuel costs and longer delivery times.

 Without real-time tracking, customers remained uninformed about their shipment status, resulting in increased inquiries and decreased customer satisfaction.

Customized GPS Tracking Software

We custom-designed and developed  GPS tracking software that seamlessly integrated with the client’s logistics management system. Using advanced GPS technology, the software offered real-time location data and crucial insights into fleet activities.

Real-Time Monitoring and Alerts

The vehicle tracking system enabled real-time monitoring of each vehicle’s location, speed, and status. Customized alerts were implemented for unscheduled stops, route deviations, and maintenance reminders, enhancing operational control.

Route Optimization

The software included intelligent route optimization algorithms that considered traffic conditions, delivery schedules, and vehicle capacity. This resulted in reduced travel time, minimized fuel consumption, and enhanced resource allocation.
